GREATER TOPSAIL AREA, N.C. — The Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism is pleased to announce member volunteers are partnering with the Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island on Nov. 22 to serve the community dinner at Share the Table.

“The desire to collaborate on a community project emerged from one of our networking groups,” said Tammy Proctor, director. “Share the Table and the Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island are both valued members of the Chamber. Teaming up with them to serve a Sunday supper was a no-brainer!”

The Chamber is accepting volunteer sign-ups for two shifts of workers. The first shift is from 2-4 p.m. for prepping, chopping, and cooking. The second shift volunteers, from 4-6 p.m., will serve attendees in the Share the Table dining area. Second shift will also prepare carry-out meals for community members.

“This is an excellent opportunity to give back to our community while serving alongside two non-profit organizations who are Chamber members.
