SURF CITY — The Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism announced the winners of the 2025 Topsail Christmas Flotilla.

First place was awarded to Pink Pirate Ghostship, captained by Rick Brown. Second place went to Bob Adcock of Good to Go Charters for his entry, Reason for the Season. Third place was awarded to

Traci and Carl Huffman for their Grinch display.

Sponsored by Sea Tow of Wrightsville Beach and Web Designs Your Way, the Topsail Christmas Flotilla awarded $1,000 for first place, $300 for second place and $200 for third place.

“The Topsail Christmas Flotilla attracts many spectators along the Intracoastal Waterway,” said Tammy Proctor, director of the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism. “We look forward to growing this event each year, with the continued support from the business community and the public.”

The Topsail Christmas Flotilla is hosted by the Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism. Historically it is scheduled for the second Saturday of December. For information contact the Chamber at 910-329-4446.
