SURF CITY – Save the date to “Experience the Enchantment of the Festival of Trees” on Nov. 21 -22 at Topsail Island Moose Lodge 2061. Admission is free, donations appreciated.

“We invite visitors to stroll through a hall of dazzling decorated trees, wreaths, and centerpieces,” said Fran Baisden, event chair. “Trees will be sold to the highest bidder. Silent bidding on decorated trees will be accepted until the closing of bids on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 4 p.m.”

The Festival of Trees is a family-friendly event that includes Breakfast with Santa. Organizers encourage children to bring their letters to Santa.

For children, visit Santa’s Workshop and create crafts.

Additionally, the Festival of Trees 2025 will feature a Gingerbread House competition as well as shop the “Mistletoe Mall” for handmade gifts that inspire. Live holiday music will be performed throughout the festival.

“Let’s embrace a new holiday tradition that spreads love and kindness throughout our community,” said Baisden.

The Festival of Trees 2025 is sponsored by Coastal Electric Service, Inc. and the many volunteers at Lauren’s Hope.
