Life Support Systems needed

KBSTRRC is seeking two professionals with experience in life support systems to join our team. Since we know our sea turtle family has a lot of talent - and connections! - we are posting this first with you and among our volunteer community. 1. Life Support Systems and Facilities Coordinator: 
KBSTRRC seeks an experienced full-time Life Support Systems & Facilities Coordinator to manage all aspects of sea turtle life support systems (approximately 75% of duties) and to coordinate routine facilities maintenance and minor repairs (approximately 25%). This role ensures that aquatic systems, buildings, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in support of optimal sea turtle rehabilitation outcomes. The Coordinator performs hands-on technical work, supervises volunteers and interns, coordinates contractors, monitors water quality, maintains accurate records, and responds to emergencies. This position is not an animal care role, but it is integral to the health, safety, and rehabilitation of sea turtles and the effective operation of the organization. Minimum two years of life support systems experience required. Also, Level 1 (or higher) Life Support Operator and/or Water Quality Technician preferred. 2. Rehabilitation & Life Support Systems Assistant
KBSTRRC seeks a part-time Rehabilitation & Life Support Systems Assistant for approximately 24 hours per week to support the daily husbandry and medical care of sea turtle patients undergoing rehabilitation, as well as to support the daily operations and maintenance of the life support systems. Working under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager, this position assists with patient admissions, approved medical treatments, animal records management, and coordination of care with volunteers and interns. The position also assists with water quality monitoring and life support systems maintenance, provides coverage as needed and coordinating LSS with volunteers and interns.
